Video review of the Canon PowerShot SD630. This camera is thinner, faster and better than my two-year old PowerShot S400 (which is a great camera). The huge LCD is bright and works great even in daylight. Low-light shots come out when lesser cameras would fail. The SD630 is a jewel! If you buy one of these cameras be sure to get the correct Canon leather case with the belt loop. The cases are custom made for the camera and the wrong case WILL NOT work. Also, I would get at least the 1 gig high speed SD card if you plan on shooting much in the way of videos and keep your videos short. While you’re at it pick up an extra battery if you plan on taking a lot of photos. Lee at http://TheBestThings.com can supply all of the above and tell him Craig from AreaGuides sent you. Hope you enjoy the review. http://www.77Bird.com Podcast

I travel all over the USA and sometimes the world. I enjoy the outdoors, playing tennis and photography. My daytime job is website development including the AreaGuides.com Network (see Frederick.com for an example of our work, I have more than 100,000 photos published there). By the way we always have opportunities for sharp motivated indivituals in our organization so let me know if you're looking for a really exciting way to earn a living. I'm also looking for someone to help with a new website I'm planning that will be a service for up and coming models. I spend winters in Florida and spring and fall in the Washington DC area (Thurmont, MD). I usually travel in the summer either north to Maine or Canada or to Europe or out west. My goal is to enjoy spring-like weather year round! Moscow in July is great. Rome in January isn't too bad either! PS: I'm always looking for tennis partners so if you play or would like to learn to play let me know - especially in the Thurmont area (spring and fall) as there seems to be a shortage in Thurmont.
